Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of DUSTBYN’s online mental counselling services. By booking a session through our website, you agree to comply with all the terms mentioned below.

1. Scope of Services

DUSTBYN - VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd provides online mental counselling services in the following four categories only:

  • ● Separation Therapy
  • ● Relationship and Intimacy Counselling
  • ● Depression And Anxiety Management
  • ● Anger Management
  • ● Grief and Trauma Management

Each initial session is offered at ₹199 only and is conducted via online consultation.

2. Purpose of First Counselling Session

The ₹199 session is strictly intended to help identify the root cause of the client’s concern. It is a preliminary assessment session and does not represent a complete treatment or long-term therapy

3. Further Counselling Sessions & Fees

Any further counselling sessions, duration, therapy plan, and applicable fees will be:

  • ● Decided by the counsellor
  • ● Informed to the client after completion of the first session
  • ● Based on the nature and depth of the client’s emotional or mental concern

The client is under no obligation to continue beyond the first session.

4. Appointment Booking Process

All counselling sessions must be booked through DUSTBYN’s official website using the Book Your Session Form and completed via the integrated online payment gateway.

Appointments are considered confirmed only after successful payment of ₹199.

5. Payment Terms

  • ● The counselling fee of ₹199 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • ● No counselling session will be scheduled without successful payment confirmation.

6. No Refund Policy

Once the appointment is booked and payment is successfully completed:

  • ● The amount of ₹199 is strictly non-refundable.
  • ● No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, or personal reasons after booking confirmation.

7. Rescheduling Policy

  • ● Clients may request to reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
  • ● DUSTBYN - VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline rescheduling requests depending on counsellor availability.

8. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • ● Providing accurate personal and contact details.
  • ● Attending the session at the scheduled time.
  • ● Maintaining a respectful and honest communication environment.

9. Limitation of Services

DUSTBYN - VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd counselling services are meant to offer emotional guidance and self-awareness. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency mental health services.

10. Confidentiality

All personal information and counselling discussions are treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party except where required by law.

10. Right to Modify Terms

DUSTBYN - VAVA CARE Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on the website.
